This clock is guaranteed 100% authentic, has original serial numbers and is shipped in factory-fresh, brand new, unused condition with all manufacturer documentation and packaging.

Package contains clock manufacturer's certificate of authenticity (if such certificate is applicable, and provided by the manufacturer), tags, stickers, boxes, and user manuals.

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Clocks must be returned to us in brand new, unused and undamaged condition. Authorized dealers are not permitted to discount or sell clocks on the Internet. For this reason, we choose not to be authorized clock dealers for many of the brands that we sell.

Since we are not authorized dealers for many of the clock manufacturers, we may be unable to ship the original clock manufacturers warranty. In all cases, however, we provide a Two Year Gemnation Warranty (active from the date of purchase).
